A super load permit is necessary for any load that exceeds 160 feet in length (on 4-lane highways), 16 feet in width, 14 feet 6 inches in height (depending on the route), or 201,000 pounds.
Police Escort:
A uniformed State Police or local police escort is required for moving super loads and buildings that exceed 16 feet in width.
